Activate Capital’s financing to Quintain Ireland
Arthur Cox is very pleased to advise Activate Capital, a leading provider of real estate development finance, on its financing to Quintain Ireland, its largest loan to date, to support significant developments at Adamstown and Portmarnock.
On the financing to Quintain Ireland, the Arthur Cox finance team was led by Niamh Quinn and included Annabel Skelly and Patrick O’Donoghue.
