Acquisition by MJ Hudson of Bridge Consulting
Arthur Cox is very pleased to have advised MJ Hudson, an international asset management consultancy, on its acquisition of Bridge Group Limited, a Dublin-based provider of specialist support services to the funds sector.
The Arthur Cox team was led by Kevin Murphy and Michael Coyle.
Commenting on the deal Mr. Murphy said: “This is an important transaction as it reflects the success of Ireland as a leading international financial services centre in the EU, particularly post Brexit. We were delighted that our multi-disciplinary financial services practice was able to work with MJ Hudson on this transaction.
